NEBIDT Technologies ensures the constructive implementation of innovative battery boxes for electromobility. Together with our partners, we develop innovative products in this demanding segment. From the first concept study to the development of the series product, we assume the responsibility in cooperation with our partners and OEMs.
The high-voltage battery is subject to demanding mechanical requirements. Crash safety and tightness, in steel or aluminum construction, cost-effective with the greatest possible protection of the battery. We do not only support in the pure construction. We are your competent engineering partner in terms of the design of strength regarding crash behavior, tolerance calculation and simulations. We take over the technical project management as well as the support of the production and manufacturing processes, suppliers, prototypes and test setups as required. In addition, we coordinate interfaces such as quality, purchasing and other comprehensive project teams.
